Scott Nell is incredibly professional, trustworthy and kind. Does what he says he will do! I had been given his name by my co-worker who has bought 2 houses and sold 1 using Scott. BUT I went with someone else first. BIG MISTAKE!

Everything he said he would do, staging, photos, virtual tour, SELLING the house – he did and did it promptly! No lollygagging, he moved efficiently. Scott has an outstanding team. After only 1 weekend’s Open House – on one of the rainiest weekends in Los Angeles – there were several WRITTEN offers and my parents’ home is now sold – THANK YOU SCOTT!

Selling my parents' home turned into a very stressful situation. It was mentally comforting the way Scott treated me and the situation. I regret not using him at the start and I look forward to using him again in the future. What a find!
