I usually don't post reviews but in this case I thought I owed it to The Nell Team. My wife and I were put in touch with Scott through another realtor and it turned out to be a blessing. I didn't know or hear about Scott and his team but he came highly recommended from this other realtor. I was skeptical at first but I soon learned that he and his team were PROs. From beginning to end, he was on top of every aspect of the sale. His responsiveness via email, text or phone was lightning fast which I appreciated. Also, what I liked most was him providing his recommendations on critical decisions and then solciting feedback from us. Each recommendation that was given was the correct one by the way and we were on the same page throughout. As a project manager for an engineering firm, I know what it takes to lead, delegate, and provide expert advise. Scott meets all of these criteria and he's definitely someone I would hire to execute a complex task or project. Scott is a project manager in real estate form. His support staff including Nat and Toby also carried the same work ethic as Scott - I assume he has high expectations for them and it shows. They all performed. Also, the home photos that his team produced were perfect and no doubt contributed to the sale of our home in LESS THAN A WEEK. We also appreciate the fine touches along the way, including sending chocolates for the kids, photo of his family, and a framed painting of our house once we closed. He really did treat us like family during this lifechanging event and I can't say enough about how great this experience was.
