Eric Petz

After completing a tour in the United States Air Force Eric moved to Los Angeles in 2008 in the midst of the worst financial crisis in modern history.  Taking the lessons learned as a military veteran Eric pursued a career helping homeowners in financial crisis with the motto, “Service Before Self”.  With a focus on distressed properties Eric created multiple award-winning foreclosure prevention companies and prevented 1000’s of Angelinos from losing their homes to foreclosure.  Assisting home owners in crisis “was the most challenging and rewarding time in my career” he says.   Fighting with banks every day on valuations, negotiating favorable terms for homeowners and helping them transition to a more affordable living situation made Eric one of the foremost experts on negotiations and property valuations in Los Angeles.  “I love fighting for my clients, whether they are sellers looking to maximize their profits on the sale of their home or buyers looking to get the best price there is nothing more exhilarating than negotiating the best deal and terms for my clients.”  

As the market shifted away from distressed properties and into a seller’s market Eric made the successful transition to helping his clients, friends and colleagues become homeowners.  One of the most important lessons that Eric learned through the financial crisis was that “The truth sells.
